Store Policies

All items sold by Online Home Goods are brand new in original manufacturer's packaging.

Orders will appear as "B&B Gifts, LLC" on your monthly credit card billing statement.

Your billing address and address on your credit card must be the same.

If your question is not answered here, please email us at support@onlinehomegoods.com. We will respond to your email as quickly as possible, usually within the same day.

Onlinehomegoods.com will not be responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions regarding prices or other information.

We are an authorized Westinghouse dealer.  All Westinghouse products come with original manufacturer's warranty.

SALES TAX:

8.5% sales tax will be added to New York State residens only.

SHIPPING:

Please contact us at support@onlinehomegoods.com if you wish your order to be shipped outside of 48 continental sates (including overseas) or if you have questions about your order.  You can order Fragrance and Beauty items online for shipping to Canada without prior quote authorization. Most orders are shipped by FedEx, UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and usually leave warehouse within 3-4 business days. Large orders may be shipped by freight.  We will provide you with a tracking number (if applicable) in the confirmation email.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your order may be cancelled and you will receive a full refund, provided your order has not been processed for shipping.  Please email to support@onlinehomegooods.com if you wish to cancel your order. Once an item has been cleared for shipping or has been shipped, the terms of our Return Policy will take effect

RETURN POLICY:

We must charge a 25% restocking fee (since the manufacturers charge us this fee), plus shipping fees both ways. Actual freight bill costs will be provided at the time of the return.

You can return most items for any reason for a refund within 14 days of arrival. Returns must be in saleable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly. 

Simply email us at support@onlinehomegoods.com for a return authorization number (RMA number). RMA's are good for 14 days from date issued. The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not on the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.

Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 14 days of the original date of delivery.

Note: Please allow 15 business days from the time the item is returned to the manufacturer to process a refund. Please note that credit card refunds may not appear until the following billing cycle.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

You must notify us of any damages within 7 days of arrival and keep the packaging. Somebody from the carrier will likely come by to inspect the box.

FAILURE to notify us in 7 days and NOT keeping the packaging will result in a DENIAL of your claim.

Report any damage or breakage to your merchandise upon receipt to the carrier IMMEDIATELY, and email to support@onlinehomegoods.com
